Unfortunately support tickets from old system could not be imported into support centre. If you created a suport account in the old system it has been removed from here.
You have to create new account again, we have your previous ticked history for our reference. Once you have created the account
we will check the old system for open calls that are actively being worked and manually bring the history across. Thank you.
